How should I begin?

Applicant (known as "Business Associate Applicant") must coordinate first the following information/details with the person (known as "Sponsor") who invited you to join First Vita Plus Dealership:

1. The Seller (sponsor's name and Business Associate Number)
2. The Group Leader (name and Business Associate Number of the upline assigned by your sponsor) 
3. The Group Sales Volume (whether “A” side or “B” side of the Group Leader)

STEP 1.  Read the First Vita Plus Enhanced Rules and Regulations/Form 89 before downloading the New Dealer’s Information Sheet.

STEP 2.  Click on Shipping and Handling Policy.

STEP 3.  Deposit payment of:

• First Vita Plus Power Pack
• Shipping & Handling charges
• Metrobank Paycard (USD 6.00)

STEP 5.  Receive a confirmation email from the First Vita Plus Integrated Operations Department to confirm receipt of the following:

1. Dealer's Information Sheet
2. Deposit Slip / Receipt
3. Bank-to-bank payment

STEP 6.  Receive door-to-door delivery of First Vita Plus Power Pack, including an Official Receipt; Metrobank ATM Paycard; Acknowledgement Receipts for Shipping and Handling charges and Metrobank Paycard.

STEP 7.  Receive sales commissions and sales incentives via ATM, carrying the Cirrus and/or Maestro logos. Cash deposits withdrawable anytime, anywhere.

STEP 8.  Withdraw cash in the currency of the country you are in, anytime! Standard ATM charges apply.
